Marie Antoinette revisited

Heya,

I still owe you the Marie Antoinette collages of the swap hosted by Maria. I received these packages from Heli from Finland.

Beautifully made in my fav' colors!

Heli was inspired by the movie Marie Antoinette (2006 by Sofia Coppola).
She used vintage seam binding in lovely colors, I asked for vintage worn pastels.
She used a vintage typewriter and beautiful old lace
She used gesso on different vintage backgrounds as wallpaper, a bookpage, a receit.
The dried flower (in this case dried coronations) is one of her trademarks.



De goodies, scrapboekmaterialen en stukjes stof en heeeeel veel chocola.

And here is the goody package, with lots of scrapping materials and chocolates! Some lace, papers and fabrics.

This was the collage I sent to Heli.

I made squares of vintage wallpaper and gave them a scallop cut.
Heli told me that she used dried flowers all the time, to tease her I did too; see the small rosebud in the right upper corner. I used vintage materials like ribbons, buttons, cards and a key. My half doll modeled as Marie Antoinette and I gave her a small dress made of vintage lace.

En ook nog 2 stempelsets en wat chocolade

Vintage scraps, vintage wallpaper, vintage ribbons, all kind of knick knacks like a brooch, buttons, admission cards, stamps and tags and 2 sets of clear stamps with a french twist.
